1. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer free standard worldwide shipping. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. In rare cases (e.g., customs delays or force majeure), delivery may take up to 90 days.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
2. Customs & Taxes
Do I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
All listed prices include taxes. However, any customs or import duties charged in your country remain the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways.
4. Returns & Warranty
Can I return a clock?
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for clear manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, we will replace the defective part only — no full refunds.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every clock includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects (from the date of purchase). This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, or misuse.
5. Product Quality & Variations
Do the clocks match the photos?
We strive to represent colors and details as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings and lighting, slight variations may occur.
6. Order Status & Refunds
Can I get a refund before shipping?
Yes — if you cancel before your order is shipped, we will refund the amount minus transaction and handling fees.
Has my order already shipped?
If your order has been shipped, unfortunately, no refund is possible.
